HISTORY.png

The Chii'turug are swift and ferociously lethal. They excel at closing the distance to their enemies, tearing them apart with terrifying efficiency. Their unique gameplay centers around a resource mechanic unlike any other faction: instead of gathering gold, the Chii'turug harvest meat from the corpses of both allies and enemies. This flesh fuels their army, allowing them to spawn additional Chii'turug units, making the battlefield a source of endless reinforcements. For the Chii'turug, carnage and destruction are key to their success—the more bloodshed, the stronger they become. While their units possess impressive health, damage, speed, and utility, they lack defensive resilience and effective long-range attacks. In close-quarters combat, few can rival their devastating power, but if kept at a distance, their overwhelming momentum can be halted, leading to their extinction.

The Chii'turug are nature's ultimate killing machines, a product of thousands of years of ruthless evolution. Their origins predate recorded history, rooted in a time when the world was ruled by primal forces. Over millennia, the Chii'turug evolved to become the apex predators of Eldinar, surviving through a combination of cunning, intelligence, and pack behavior. Their mastery of hunting and survival skills has been honed in the unforgiving wilderness of Crageth, where every creature is either predator or prey. The Chii'turug's deep bond with the colossal dinosaurs of their homeland has allowed them to not only survive but dominate the dangerous realm of Crageth. They’ve perfected the art of taming and riding these enormous beasts, creating a powerful symbiosis between reptilian rider and mount. This natural connection to the primal world has cemented their place at the top of the food chain, allowing the Chii'turug to thrive in a world where only the strongest survive.

The wildlife of Crageth is as dangerous as it is diverse. Tyrrantors, massive predators covered in think green scales, roam the Grogashi Jungle, devouring anything that crosses their path. In the Highlands, Raptarrs—known as "The Red Death" for their red scales and ferocious pack hunting—stalk their prey. These highly intelligent and lethal predators make ideal mounts for the Chii'turug. Pterrodons soar through the skies, scanning the land for their next meal, while other fearsome species like Tricerathin, Spinotars, and Dylosuars prowl below. These colossal creatures are not only tamed for warfare, with Chii'turug riding them into battle, but also harvested for their valuable bones and hides, essential for creating tools, weapons, and even the massive structures of the Chii'turug civilization.

Crageth, the treacherous jungle region of Eastern Kil'raeth, is a land where primal forces rule and survival is a constant battle. Enclosed by towering steppe walls and jagged coastlines, it is a natural fortress, nearly impossible to access from the outside. Those daring enough to venture into Crageth are met with a hostile landscape where colossal beasts roam, and the air is thick with ancient life. It is here that the deadly Chii'turug thrive, coexisting with the monstrous dinosaurs that dominate the land. Crageth’s rugged beauty hides countless ancient secrets, its layers of craggy terrain telling the story of millennia gone by. Few who enter this realm return, for in Crageth, everyday spent alive is another day at risk of being something's dinner.

Gorot'e Prime, lies in the heart of Crageth. It stands as the unchallenged capital for all Chii'turug and is ruled specifically by the fierce Green-Scaled Goruk Tribe. Positioned between the Grogashi Jungle, Shade Marsh, and Steam Springs, it thrives in an area rich with resources and prey. The Goruks, known for their thick scales and razor-sharp claws, have conquered all other tribes, ruling Crageth with tenacity and ferocity. Their capital is a monumental city, built practically from the massive bones of slain dinosaurs, including the colossal remains of an ancient gargantuan Tyrrantor, which forms the basis of the central structure. Hatchlings scurry through the streets as contests of might define social status and grant rewards in the competitive meat trade. Violence and strength are celebrated here, and no race other than a Chii'turug dare set foot in this brutal arena they call a city.

Vanash, born of the ruthless Goruk tribe of aggressive, green-scaled Chii’turug, stands apart from his kin. Raised by the peaceful blue-scaled Brugon Tribe, now long extinct, Vanash was shaped by wisdom and patience, traits that distinguish him among his savage brethren. When the Goruks annihilated the Brugon in a merciless raid devouring all in their path, Vanash vowed to honor them, adorning himself in blue warpaint in their memory. He raised his legendary companion from birth, Brunakka, the largest known Tyrranotor in Crageth. Brunakka wears the bones of the dreaded Green Dragon, The Keeper, whom he slew in battle and devoured. For the first time in millennia, Vanash dares to do what no Chii’turug leader has accomplished—unite the warring tribes. His intelligence, cunning, and courage offer hope for a fractured race. Perhaps this time, with Vanash at the helm, the Chii’turug will rise as one and carve their destiny beyond the jungles of Crageth.
